A few years ago, I decided to change the direction of my life by studying for a professional diploma in Holistic Massage Theraphy at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.

Now, as a fully-qualified, registered practitioner with the Massage Training Institute, I practice in Plympton, near Plymouth (see appointments), and can also travel to other venues in the South West.

To ensure you receive the best possible massage therapy, the MTI helps me keep up with the latest developments and to learn from other MTI-registered professionals.

I believe in the healing power of touch through holistic massage. I understand how important it can be be for your well-being to find positive ways to respond to life-changes.
